Quality
We deliver to published industry standards — BICSI installation practice, the ANSI/TIA-568, -606, and -607 families for structured cabling, and manufacturer specifications for certified systems. Every installation is tested and the results are provided to the client as part of project closeout. Deviations from specification are documented and approved in writing before work proceeds.
Safety
Field personnel work in accordance with applicable OSHA requirements and client site safety programs. Personnel receive task-appropriate safety training, including ladder and aerial lift safety, personal protective equipment use, and electrical safety awareness. Site-specific hazards are reviewed before work begins, and any employee may stop work over an unsafe condition without fear of reprisal.
Information Security
CSIK maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect client information in our custody. Our practices are aligned to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and to NIST SP 800-171 where a contract involves Controlled Unclassified Information. Personnel receive security awareness training and are subject to background investigation where required by contract.
Subcontractor Management
Where subcontractors are used, they are held to the same technical standards, safety requirements, insurance thresholds, and background investigation requirements as CSIK personnel. CSIK remains the single point of accountability to the client.
